While you can go to a university, college, or community college to get this degree by attending classes all weeklong and going into massive debt, this isn't your only option. And, frankly, it may not be the best one--especially if you live on a tight budget and/or have a family. When I decided to become a paralegal, I was in my mid-40s. I just didn't have the kind of lifestyle (family, house, dependence on income) that would accommodate me going away to college for four years. So I decided to earn my degree online.
