1.0 Introduction: The emergence of the cloud computing by the business world is a major impact for the computer technology (Xun Xu, 2012). Cloud computing has been considered to be effective in business process as it has solved various issues with respect to information technology, increased efficiency (Khorshed, 2012), rationalized operations, developed sales and marketing strategies (Kuyuchu, 2011). Despite of the size, the productivity of all organization has been developed by cloud computing. Several issues and problems that were determined in association with on-premise software were overcome and solved by the first cloud computing technique. The basic requirement of onpremise software is that every individual computer work station is to be installed (Li, 2011) and also has to be licensed. The operation and maintenance of the software in each station is to be individual (Sultan, 2010). The access to the Internet and Web browser are the important requirements for the cloud computing operations. Hence the responsibility of maintaining an effective operation of the software system relies on the cloud which reduces the time consumption and the cost of IT responsibilities from business (Mezmaz, 2011). The internal communication process involved within business strategies are also developed by the cloud computing. The possibilities of miscommunication are highly reduced due to the access of the software and data from a single system (Ren, 2010). The frequent revision and examination of the spreadsheet and databases are required by the on-premises software and the results of these revisions may be communicated or shared. The available updated information requires certain complex subtasks which consumes more time and tends to be costly (Brock, 2010). These complex process and operations are avoided and eliminated by means of implementing cloud computing. It is determined that the information that is collected from the Web based software is more accurate and revisions are carried out automatically and hence the demand for it is high (Ercan, 2010). The access to same information is provided to the employees and decision makers which results in the development of rapid and effective operations of the data \collected. As the available information and data are more accurate and reliable, there has been a gradual development in the sales and marketing sector of the organization. The development and increase in the sales and marketing of the organization relies on the hands of the sales people and marketers who make use of the strategies and the available information in a more effective and beneficent manner. The data stored in the cloud computing software are enabled to be complied, sectioned and examined more effectively and efficiently (Rosenthal, 2010). The marketers are able to generate certain reports with which data can be classified into sections like demographic, geographic location, purchasing times and further more 3

aspects that suits the business strategies (Wang, 2011). Along with sales people and marketers, customers are also experiencing advantages due to this feature (Sun, 2011). Information Technology is determined to be in association with various issues and inefficiencies (Marten, 2011). The basic requirement for the on-premises software is that the software is to be installed in each individual system and is also to be legally licensed. The installed software on individual system is to be operated and maintained independently and care has to be taken with respect to malfunction (Paquette, 2010). Hence the organization has to employee personnel who have knowledge of the software. This operation may be time and energy consuming as well as costly. ----Sample work -----Sample work The real time data in the on-premise software can be compiled, sectioned and examined more effectively by sales and marketing executives. Along with rapid responses to the trends and activity of market-place, the strategies that are dealing with sales and marketing initiatives are more effective and are in association with various requirements and demands of customers (Manson, 2011). The concern of maintaining a small business in undeveloped economy is determined by complex factors (Liao et al., 2012). The development in new technologies and multimedia of the competitive world is mostly adopted by small business owners by means of adapting to cloud computing technique, and small business owners are determined to be more advantageous. -----Contd. -----Contd 1.1 Paym@te: When compared to other conventional cloud models in the field of epayroll application the application developed by me (Paym@te) does not require any installation of hardware or software in order to access the information. Paym@te can be considered to be advantageous application when compared other application of same category. Payroll service provider and organization can use the application simultaneously. When the application like Elisa are compared the access levels on 4

Paym@te are more easily accessible and include several declarations pay slip, income tax calculations, PF status, Form 16 from one single location. Another advantage of the application is that it is determined to cost effective when compared to other applications. Generally organization of larger in size is in need of making transactional changes to aroids other firms and enterprises and hence makes use of the application like Paym@te which seems to be advantageous and effective. 1.2 Business challenges While considering for the IT implementation the challenges are generated only after the complementation of project. The challenges faced by the organizations after implementation are: Generating the reliable infrastructure by means of maintaining IT infrastructure and also to ensure if the employees and business partners are enabled with the applications ---Sample work Retaining staff loss of key staff members due to resignations or internal movements leads to gaps and issues. It has been observed that when the champion who had got the application developed leaves the usage of application drops. The major advantages of such applications are that there is no involvement of capital investments, no fixed fee, no hidden costs and the most important feature of the application is that they are configurable. The application can be configured and framed depending upon the needs and requirements of the business strategies. Paym@te makes use of the Software as a Service (SaaS) while compared with other application. The platform has been specially developed and established for the small and medium sized organizations and enterprises that make use of Internet for their delivery of products. PaaS and IaaS other commonly used cloud computing models are implemented by other models like Amazon Web Services. 5

1.4 Designed for SMEs The basic needs of business success are clearly understood more than the IT applications. The business process is in e need of a service provider who lends support at the time of requirement. The restriction as determined from the limited resources, poor connectivity, changing business environment are all considered while designing the business applications. Without considering the internet accessibility, the operation of application takes place in very effective and beneficiary manner. This is one advantage of my model 1.5 Database and Bandwidth usage a) In order to provide effective operation, policy used here is of fair terms and makes use of available computing resources. Resources are monitored and consumption is examined in order to avoid the inconvenience among the business process that makes use of shared cloud infrastructure. Depending upon the number of users and the types of application being used each subscriber will have predefined database and bandwidth allocated.. b) The monitoring of bandwidth and database occur only at conditions of aggregate company level and t only when the limitation of the resources is crossed only the conditions of additional changes are applicable. 1.6 Value proposition of Paym@te as compared to other cloud models in the market: 1. Increase Productivity and Reduce Cost Applications that have been designed for automatic process decreases the duplicate data entry and generate transparency while avoiding the paper work. Processes involve the practices that are efficient and effective in the system which is not similar to the applications developed by K serve cloud enterprise that involves various system integration. 2. Improve Response Time and Sales Issues and problems related to data accuracy are eliminated by one version of data availability to all. Depending upon the reports and trends actions are taken. Remote access to internet by means of mobile phones and internet connectivity are sufficient. 3. With Zero Risk and Full Scalability 6

Purchase of expensive software licenses and servers are to be avoided. No exit costs like other bigger established cloud payroll solutions like Cloud payroll based in Australia Additional licenses can be bought instantaneously Costs and deployments are determined with the help of Pam@te. The monthly expenses for making use of the applications of cloud computing are similar to that of the costs that are invested in order to obtain the subscription or consumption. The process of cancellation can also be done earlier. Despite of their propose for providing solutions for traditional software, implementing the hosted payroll by means of Cloud indicates that the application may be determined to be established to operate through web browser, HTML, Style Sheets, Ajax and a myriad of technologies in order to provide services as provided by other general applications. -------Sample work Security The study involving the cloud comporting will also consider for the data security and considers it to be most important factor. The different layers where the security can be addressed are to be determined by the user when the security is to be enhanced. Physical Access The process of handling the backup tapes and certain other physical media in order to access the previously stored data is involved by the physical access. It has been assured the despite of the 7

service provider, the backup data can be accessed through the necessary documentation, signed, data stamped and authorized. The accessing data through physical media may tend to be gentle while considered in case of higher organization, but there are certain articles that deal with ease of accessing the information and data. USB Flash Drive may be considered to be best suiting example. Logical Access The pervasiveness of data and accompanied processes are the most advantageous features of cloud computing. When the users are able to access the payroll from remote location, then unauthorized users are also able to access the data and information from the payroll. Along with security and privacy provided to the password, it is necessary to ensure the security while transferring the data or information between customer and service provider. The service provider provides all clear and definite explanation for the information to the customer in order to access different layers. Latency Poor infrastructure by the cloud provider, an inferior network card or a over burdened network can be a cause for latency. Therefore it is better to look closer to home if one finds latency quite problematic. In another note, latency has to be made a important criteria as a performance measurement prior to deciding on a payroll system that is cloud based. Running one's payroll system on a cloud based server may be quite a cost saver option for first time users. Organizations that already have a traditional payroll system will have to think of the costs involved in switching over to a cloud based system. Therefore it would be beneficial for them to try the system before implementing them in their organization. Most cloud providers have a trial system which the organizations can make use of before deciding. User Experience, security, and latency were taken into consideration while providing my services. Hence from this assignment it can be identified that some of the common benefits which are associated with the adoption of the chosen P@ymate product can be identified is the minimization of cost, increase in productivity and ease of access. It can be seen that this application will be a boon to smaller businessmen as it provides a great deal of benefits and at a much lowered cost. This cloud computing service is applicable across different industries including consultancy, services, energy and telecommunication. P@ymate is also useful with regards to its interoperable benefits associated with use of lastest software as well as access to other web based services thereby ensuring that ultimate benefit is provided to the users and customers at a single location. 8
