This feature and a wide array of standardized optics for cutting and welding offer you a wide processing scope. Everything for automation. You have many choices here, too. You will find variable processing tables as linear or rotation changers for automated production and two station modes for parallel loading while processing. The TRUMPF LaserNetwork offers special benefits. You can use it to connect multiple solid-state lasers to up to six processing stations. Beam management with a power splitting or timesharing function gives you greater flexibility and allows you to power several processing centers with one CO 2 laser. This is made possible by a completely modular design, well thought-out components for automation, and extremely short setup and processing times. In addition, you can start out laser processing inexpensively with a basic configuration and later expand your system as needed or adapt it to new production conditions. More productivity. Extremely short production times are the result of high travel speeds and axis acceleration. The high processing quality is based on a very exact beam position and a focal point that is constant throughout the entire working range. The system achieves enormous process reliability through a complete watercooled reflector. If there is a collision, the multi-directional magnetic coupling shortens your downtime. Thanks to a high precision and dirt-resistant three-point bearing, you can immediately close the loosened coupling accurately each and every time. The high laser output of up to 15 kw for welding and 6 kw for cutting also contributes to the quick cutting speed just like our new high-speed cutting technology and dynamic cutting optic for short piercing cycles. 12 Simply operating faster. 6D mouse. A TruLaser Cell Series 7000 even saves time when it comes to setup. The control unit itself detects which processing optic is installed. A handy Teach Panel and a 6D mouse make it easy for you to teach a run-through and move the axes. You can perform other tasks directly with a control console attached to the enclosure. The console can be rotated, operated from the enclosure, and, as an option, can be moved to the ideal position. The TruTops Cell Software and its database of technology parameters makes programming easy and helps set up the machine for the task at hand. 13 Automatically finish sooner. A number of options allow you to assemble the right TruLaser Cell Series 7000 to meet your requirements. The TruLaser Cell 7040 enables simultaneous tooling and laser processing in two-station mode. A partition divides the working chamber into two areas, each measuring 2 m x 1.5 m. You can request an easy-to-integrate linear changer to move work tables in a number of directions, or a rotation changer up to 4 meters in diameter for easy component handling in a loading and unloading position. The WeldLine technology package makes it very easy and comfortable to get started in laser welding. All relevant parameters are stored in the technology tables, and the hardware can be controlled using the installed control unit. Thanks to the modular design, the machine can be easily adapted to the production concept and material flow. In addition, you can use the TruLaser Cell Series 5000 for both welding and cutting. Precision with excellent results. You can achieve very short processing times through the high acceleration and travel speed of the precise linear direct drives. 24 TruLaser Cell Customized. The system features customized configurations. You can integrate the laser or use a mobile-system setup. The beam can be positioned parallel or perpendicular to the processing direction, depending on the application. The specific application is optimized with additional adjustable axes for the optics. Twice as economical. The system is particularly flexible with two processing optics. In conjunction with the sophisticated power splitting or timesharing beam management, you can weld two seams at the same time. The seams are continuous with the power splitting function, whereas the seams are stitched with the timesharing function.
