2 Objective (1/1) Objective The objective of the Vendor Engagement Session is to brief PETRONAS registered vendors of the key changes made to PETRONAS Registration of Supplier (ROS) Portal.

5 A.Overview (1/1) Overview PETRONAS Registration of Supplier (ROS) Portal underwent changes in two key areas System User Interface (UI) The portal has a new and improved user interface. Screens have refreshed look and feel, with enriched navigation guides and explanatory content to improve user experience. System Enhancements The ROS system has been enhanced with new functionalities to improve the efficiency of submitting applications. The changes will take effect on 30 November 2015.

7 B. Pre-Requisite - Browser (1/3) New ROS Portal - Browser PreRequisite There is browser pre-requisite for the new ROS portal. To use the new ROS portal, computer or notebook need to be on browser Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) or Mozilla Firefox 42.0 Required browser versions can be downloaded from following sites: For IE11: Mozilla Firefox: How to check your current browser setting? Please refer to next two slides.

Able to use previous attachments for other fields. Unable to load files directly into Master attachment. Able to search for files in Master attachment

20 D. Key Changes Details Enhancements (1/4) ENHANCEMENTS Further Finding to Vendor (1/3) This is a new process change. Further Finding to Vendor is triggered when PETRONAS LRS team requires additional information or documents from the vendor. Vendor will receive notification stating that application requires further clarification. The application will be reverted back to Draft status & appear in the vendor s Application Summary. Vendors are then required to furnish the relevant information or documents & resubmit the application. After 14 days, if no feedback was given from vendor regarding this Further Finding, the application will be automatically rejected and reflected as Application Rejected in Application Summary.

21 D. Key Changes Details Enhancements (1/4) ENHANCEMENTS Further Finding to Vendor (2/3) Vendor will need to login to SUS or ROS (for New application) portal and check application summary for application reverted to draft.

22 D. Key Changes Details Enhancements (1/4) ENHANCEMENTS Further Finding to Vendor (3/3) Once in application below application breadcrumbs will contain remarks/messages from PETRONAS on reason for further finding. Proceed to update the information and submit the application again.

Key Changes Details Enhancements (2/4) ENHANCEMENTS Update Company Profile Checklist (1/2) For Update Company Profile application, a new checklist screen is introduced to allow the vendor to indicate changes to which screen & enter remarks on what was changed. Application breadcrumb will appear depending on what data has been selected.

Key Changes Details Enhancements (3/4) ENHANCEMENTS New Notifications (1/6) New notifications to vendor are introduced for following scenario/events: Upon 1 st Submission Upon starting of evaluation by Licensing & Registration Section (LRS) When LRS requires further clarification/information from vendor When vendor resubmits application with further clarification/information back to LRS Upon expiry (14 calendar days) of further clarifications/information, if no response from vendor.
