Static Stretches (hold for a 15 count) (increases flexibility) calve hamstring quadriceps hip flexors groin back shoulders 3. Dynamic Mobility (improves range of motion R.O.M.) head circle trunk circle hip circle lead leg pick-up, trail leg pick-up arm circles 4. Sprint Drills (improves muscular strength, speed, power, flexibility, ) (20 metres each drill) ankling butt kicks high knees chop downs a-skips straight leg bounding lunges carioca form runs accelerations 5.
