3 - page 2-2. Payment terms The client agrees to pay the full amount of WSR s charges prior WSR starts the application. WSR shall begin to process the order as soon as payment has been received. 3. Obligations of the client The client agrees to provide WSR as well as other involved parties and authorities with all information and documents required for the application and registration. The required documents consist of knowyour-customer questionnaires, proof of identity and financial standing, character references as well as a business plan. 4. Exclusion of guarantees WSR has and will not issue any guarantee for the approval of the license authorisation nor any other related services. WSR will however refund any payment for services not completed as described in this contract although the client fulfilled his obligations and provided all requested documents. The client indemnifies WSR against any and all any consequences, any and all liabilities of every nature and kind, law suit and/or damages which might occur to WSR as a result of the acts performed by the client. WSR has no own interest with the company of the client. 5. General terms The terms of this agreement shall be strictly confidential and neither party shall communicate any details to any third party not directly involved in the services without the prior written consent of the other party. WSR will keep the clients details confidential and only supply them to involved parties. The client will not communicate with any authorities or other parties involved in the services without the written consent of WSR. In the event of any breach or threatened breach of this contract by the client WSR shall be freed of all duties to complete this order and the client shall not be entitled to any refund.
