10 EAI - Maintainability Tibco: one of the pioneers in providing integra'on solu'ons. It is easy to maintain and manpower is available. Oracle: offering to perform as well as support the integra'on. IBM: IBM products are well pervasive and manpower is easily available. IBM is well known for providing excellent support for its products. webmethods: Java based, hence finding right manpower is definitely not a challenge. 10

11 EAI - Performance If speed is a major concern, TIBCO FTL could be the solu'on you need - it is the first messaging sooware to break the one microsecond latency barrier and na'vely integrates with TIBCO Rendezvous. Oracle integra'on provides good performance. They are highly scalable. IBM suite of products has a proven track record of providing very good performance and scalability. Provides good performance while ensuring reliability and security. 11
