Throughout the project, the SAP innovation control center ensured our real-time, e-commerce business requirement will be realized in our SAP systems, with integration to our legacy systems. Based on SAP Best Practices for Retail, the experts helped us reduce custom development and maintain the solution standards. Hence, more than 40% of our HR and financial functional gaps were covered by SAP on our SAP ERP system. 5 CORRECTION TRANSPORTS REDUCED BY 50% SAP MaxAttention helped us to adopt key operational functionalities and to make our organization more proactive. As a result, our IT organization set up an operations control center, providing increased collaboration and transparency between IT, business, and key vendors. We are now able to monitor and control our productive systems from a technical point of view, and to anticipate potential issues, thus reducing the number of correction transports to a production landscape by 50%. 6 FINANCIAL LOSS OF INR 5 MILLION AVOIDED We were unable to close our material ledger due to a reported error, and, hence unable to proceed with the inventory revaluation which resulted in a financial loss of nearly INR 5,000,000. 7 95% MINIMIZATION OF REPORT EXECUTION TIME We were facing performance issue in some key financial and business operation reports in SAP ECC 6.0. With the support from SAP s mission control center, which is part of our SAP MaxAttention engagement, and by adopting the best practices, we managed to implement an SAP HANA accelerator for 3 key reports in 3 weeks, and the execution time of these reports was reduced by 95%. Additionally, we also had access to experts who enabled our IT team in using SAP HANA.
