2 Welcome to the ARC 10 Dear colleagues, dear friends, Sayed Ghoneim President of ARC 10 Secretary General of PAARS It is a true pleasure to welcome you in the 10th ARC 2018, Arab radiology conference of the Pan Arab Association of Radiological Societies (PAARS) and The 52nd Annual Conference of the Egyptian Society of Radiology & Nuclear Medicine (ESRNM) to be held in Alexandria, Egypt from the 24th to the 27th of April 2018, in the great Congress Center Bibliotheca Alexandrina. This year we celebrate the return to Alexandria after a truly successful edition of ARC 3 in 2009, with more than 1500 attendees and over 200 invited speakers. Over a four - days period, both the fundamental and practical aspects of the latest developments in Radiology will be discussed by prestigious and outstanding lecturers whom already have favored our invitation. Aside from plenary sessions, topic symposiums and number of interactive and hands on workshops, a hallmark for ARC 10th, 2018 is that specific problems pertaining to the practice of Radiology in the middle East will constitute a major element of the program, and thereby will provide ample opportunities for discussion and interaction among colleagues practicing in this region. ARC 10th, 2018 will also be an opportunity for participants to visit an industrial exhibition where major companies will present their products, supplies and services designed for Radiologists. Tens of Meetings, hundreds of s, thousands of minutes spent by devoted members of the scientific and organizing 34
