D Fairfield, CA SOLANO Phone fax Eugene@specialinvestigationsgroup.net OBJECTIVE To supervise a team of investigators who conduct thorough investigations by obtaining statements, locating witnesses, evaluating evidence, preparing diagrams, photographing crime scenes and working with experts in a professional manner. QUALIFICATIONS I am a California licensed private investigator with over twenty five years of investigative experience. My investigative experience includes the investigation of the following cases; child molestation, child abuse, arson, rape, narcotics violations, DUI, burglary, robbery, accident investigation, murder, computer crimes, fraud, domestic violence and theft of intellectual properties. I am a POST certified field evidence technician with experience in crime scene diagraming, photography, latent fingerprints collection, trajectory and evidence collection. I have processed hundreds of crime scenes which include but are not limited to rapes, robberies, murders, burglaries, arson fires (residential, commercial and wildland) narcotics scenes, fraud investigations, domestic violence & auto theft rings. I have testified as an expert in both criminal and civil court. WORK HISTORY 1997 to Present Proprietor, Special Investigations Group, Inc. Supervise a team of private investigators based in Solano County to 1997 Private Investigator, Shapiro Investigations Private Investigator assigned to criminal defense investigations. In addition to investigations, I have been assigned to crime scene diagraming and photography to 1996 Extradition Corporal, Tri County Extradition Supervisor, Transport fugitives to and from penal institutions, court and medical facilities. Transport fugitives across state lines on Governor s W arrants. Transport condemned inmates to San Quentin on Death Warrants. Investigate complaints made against officers to 1993 Police Officer, Broadmoor Police Department Responsibilities included patrol, investigations (including backgrounds & assignment to Colma Fire Dept. for fire cause investigations), canine officer, juvenile officer and field training officer. Also held the position of Field Evidence Technician Police Officer, Los Altos Police Department
