Please share this information with other users in your organization. Batch Gift Entry The main focus of this release was to improve the existing functionality of the JavaScript Batch Entry tool and make it easier to track your progress as you enter and commit gifts in batch. Campaign ID Lookup Field To improve the effectiveness of the Batch Gift Entry form, the Campaign ID field is now a Lookup field rather than a Look ahead field, giving you the ability to search all your existing Campaigns in a separate pop-up window. } To fill in the Campaign ID field: 1. Click the Lookup icon next to the Campaign field: 2. In the Lookup pop-up window, enter the Campaign ID in the Search field and click Go!, or click the name of

4 2 CHAPTER 1 the Campaign under Recently Viewed Campaigns: Improved Batch Progress Tracking The Batch progress bars at the top of the Batch Gift Entry page have been renamed to Payments Entered, to indicate how much of the total Batch amount has been entered, and Items in Progress to indicate how many of the total donations you have entered. Previously, these progress bars would only update after clicking the Check Entries button. To provide a more accurate representation of your progress while entering gifts in Batch, the progress bars now update after you edit and save individual rows in the Batch. New Batch Statuses New statuses have been added to the Batch Gift Entry tool to better track the success of credit card payments after clicking the Commit Batch button. These statuses, which display on the Batches tab, the Create Batch page, and the Gift Entry page, indicate when the job has been scheduled to retrieve the credit card payments and whether or not errors have occurred in the process.

5 NEW FEATU RES 3 Luminate Integration Previously if changes were made to a Contact record in both Luminate Online and Luminate CRM at roughly the same time, Luminate Service Bus might override some of the data during synchronization. Luminate Service Bus now tracks changes to the Contact record in smaller sections to determine what area of the record was changed and reduce the risk of overriding the record data as a whole.
