In 2014, the showroom was created by our founders passion for beauty and preciousness for marble. From his drive and passion, his work is exhibiting marbles, stone, Granites, travertines, semi-precious stones and onyx from all over the world. 6 Showroom Our showroom provides an updated selection of slabs of marble, stone, granite, travertine, semi-precious stone and onyx. In stock ready to immediate delivery. Our technical department selects and processes the materials according to the given instructions, and under the oversight of our founder; we are always attentive to reach the requirements for our demanding customers.

8 Machinery The pursuit of high quality can be achieved with constant innovations and specialized workers. This is why A.A.T.C. and Co. srl is investing time and effort in new technologies. Our workers are experienced marble craftsmen that went through a training session to teach them how to properly use these high technology machines: these two factors enable them to develop any job and product. Bridge Saw 5 axes Automatic bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes. This bridge is made for cutting slabs of quartz, marble, granite and similar stones. Maximum cutting thickness 210 mm. It is ideal for machining of cornices, solid wash sinks and shower trays. Maximum workable thickness 200 mm. This model with conveyor belt allows to reduce dramatically the time for loading/unloading of slabs. While the machine is cutting plate 1, the operator loads plate 2 and prepares the cutting process.

9 Waterjet A sturdy, precise and very fast waterjet cutting machine. It can cut every material: steel, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, marble, granite, glass, plastic, leather and wood. The cutting head is arranged to work constantly at the same distance from the work piece. An electronic feeler has the ability to differentiate between thickness of cuts and the focusing tube. The tank for the work-piece is detached from the machine, offering a better stability. The machine program is carried out through an easy CAD/CAM software. A modern, innovative and workable system used to remove waste. SNC Machine Numeric Control bridge sawing machine for marble and granite this aesthetically beautiful and avant-garde machine has been engineered for the construction of building elements and the manufacturing of furniture. The asymmetrical iron cast structure allows an easier supervision of the machine work field from the ground and from a safe outer position. The numeric control is handled by an industrial pc. The automatic cycles are easily programmed by touch screen from a color monitor. The tool-holder head can perform cuts from 0 / 90 positions. Perfect movement control allows processing by the spatula. The UNIVERSAL M940CN machine is equipped with an electro-spindle for machining with shaping tools and with a LATHE for manufacturing columns. Owing to the adjustment system on all guides, the M940CN maintains the original PRECISION unaltered in time. Line Polish CUTLINE are the Pedrini top productive capacity series for the continuity in cutting slabs of materials into rectangular elements with predefined dimensions. The lines are customized on demands regarding the treatment of the material; the slabs thickness, the formats to be manufactured, the required output, the needed automation level and the available area for the erection. The polishing machine is the basic in the machinery series. The machine is equipped with an industrial computer that allows for any operative, diagnostic and statistics function required by users whilst the polishing top quality is secured by the exclusive, and patented spindles.

10 Line Polish to 60 FUTURA is the new Edge-polishing machine made by C.M.G. with three independent axles and controlled by a Computerized Numerical Control (C.N.C.). This edge-polishing machine derives long experience and has been manufactured according to the most advanced technological concepts. It can perform on every kind of stone-material and satisfy each sort of processing. This edge-polishing machine is at the top of the range. FUTURA is equipped with motors able to perform all the finishing operations, for example: chamfering, drip cup, inclined and blade-cutting, partial cuts for steps and the metallic stiffening cuts for the kitchen tables, calibration of the slabs, cuts in general, pre-shaping for regular or irregular round shapes from 15 to 100 mm. thick by a flat diamond grinding wheel. This is cutting edge technology, the finest technology available on the market. Translating System On Slabs loading and unloading unit PLC controls automatic machines designed for slabs loading or unloading, are equipped with hydraulic tilting piston, motorized roller conveyor and motorized translating system on rails. Slabs loading unit is equipped with suckers holder frame that comprises a second hydraulic system that allows the slab to detach itself from the stack. Slabs unloading unit is equipped with strong retainers that hold the slab during the tilting phase.

11 Polishing Machine Continuous belt polishing machine for marble, travertine and stones. This highly efficient machine has been designed for thickness gauging and polishing of strips with trimmed ends. Chamfering Machine Chamfering machine for marble and granite. This machine, designed and manufactured in an innovative way, performs tiles peripheral finish through the gauging of the two sides dimension and the chamfering of the four upper edges. System Flot The SISTEMA FLOT is undoubtedly a modern, functional technique in the field of raised floors. This system consists of modular, adjustable supports that can easily and safely fit to any kind of floor. To obtain the finished panel it is necessary to combine the polyurethane resins, and the finishing surface covering (30 mm thickness) in an appropriately-shaped galvanized steel chamber. This system makes laying easy, quick and clean. The frame for indoor use and outdoor use, differ both in terms of the shape, and in the material they are made of: for outdoor use is made of P.P, and is entirely corrosion-resistant (not suitable for indoor use as it is fire resistance class I), while the frame for indoor use is made of galvanized steel. For the realization of raised floors as above described we use the latest technologies generation such as anthropomorphic industrial robots.
