2 The Abbiati Company is privately owned by the Abbiati family and is based in Turin, Italy. Abbiati Casino Equipment has been in business in excess of 30 years and has had its professional articles for Casinos since Abbiati has built up an international reputation and client base with almost every county and city that offers legalized gaming. The company is on two sites within 50 metres from each other; one housing Office, Show Room and Production facilities and the other is used for assemblage and storage; with the option of expansion on both sites. Abbiati Casino Equipment s main business is manufacturing and supplying Casino based equipment as used in live gaming: Roulette Wheels, Tables, Value Chips, Plaques and Jetons and all styles of gaming layouts (table felts) together with technical back up of full CAD design and technical services. Our manufacturing facility is split into three main sections, all located under the same roof: - Chips and Plaques are manufactured with the latest injection moulding machines, incorporating the latest RFID Technology using MHz with PJM. - Table and Roulette Wheel manufacture and assembly incorporate our CNC machining processes to ensure quality and precision, along with Layout (table felts) design and printing department for both wool and synthetic products. - Electronic departments for the assemblage of Winning Number Displays, Laser Wheels and Independent electronic levelling systems for Roulette wheels. All our manufacturing processes are supported by our Graphic and CAD Design department, to ensure Italian Quality and Design. 3 With the increasing popularity in poker, casino poker rooms need the ability to accurately track live games as well as register and manage tournament play. BRAVO Poker is a complete poker room management system. We have developed a poker table tracking unit (PTC3000) positioned on the table that checks players in and out at the table, calls for supervisor decision, calls for chips needed at the table, checks dealers in at the table, calls for food and beverage service, tracks number of hands played, and displays player name on the associated LCD screen. With accurate player tracking, poker room managers can offer and track promotions that are geared toward rewarding valued customers for their play. With the PTC3000 units on the table, the poker room can easily be managed with our Poker Watch software. Supervisors immediately know when a seat is available without the dealer yelling seat open. The next person is called from the electronically displayed waiting list. Seats are filled quickly and quietly. Poker Watch also features; game setup and maintenance, waiting list signup and management, point tracking, table drop analysis, dealer rotation, statistics capture and analysis, player session history, dealer decisions and speed, kiosk utilization and multi casino management capabilities. Tournaments are easily managed with our Tournament Watch software module. The software allows poker rooms to setup and run large tournaments as well as daily tournaments. Program features include: random generation of table and seat assignment, the ability to quickly register tournament players with the swipe of a player s card, alternate registration and tracking, setup tournament templates and blind structures for daily, weekly or monthly tournaments, issue a receipt which can contain: general rules, promotional items and waivers for pictures, TV or other advertising, track all buy-ins, rebuys and add-ons for prize pools, live display and update of prize pool statistics and our tournament clock program. All the tracking information is fed into our Microsoft SQL database and displayed in our BRAVO-Poker Report Module. Report data is pulled by date range and also can be displayed graphically for comparison and analysis. As poker continues to grow and casinos invest large amounts of floor space and capital to opening rooms, the ability to manage the poker operation is critical. We believe our product is the most complete, high tech product in the market today. 7 Poker Watch Software Module Track the entire floor from one screen! The floor staff will know immediately when a seat becomes open, allowing quick and proper dispatching of players to tables. Tables in need of players are filled quickly without the dealer yelling out SEAT OPEN. Scan which tables have more than 2 seats open (red), 1 or 2 seats open (yellow), table full (green) table closed (white) and tournament tables (blue). Quickly see which seats are open (white), in lobby, for example, less than 45 minutes (yellow) or in lobby for more than 45 minutes (red). 12 Equipment Provided by Customer The following are required equipment specifications to be provided by the customer. We can only guarantee the successful integration of the systems if the minimum requirements are met. Power Source to All Poker Tables: Each poker unit requires a maximum 1.5 amps and 7.5 watts with isolated grounds and conditioned power. Network connection: Each table needs a network direct connection to a primary switch with access to the database server. CAT5e or higher network cable. If wireless is used for the poker tables, a wireless bridge must be installed for connectivity. The BRAVO Kiosk, if used, will also need a network direct connection. Administrative Stations and Pit Stands: Pentium IV or higher, 1 GB RAM, 5 GB of available local hard drive space, 17 or greater SXGA color monitor, mouse, MagTek USB HID magnetic card reader and Windows 2000 Service Pack 2, or Windows XP Pro with latest Service Pack. These computers will run the System programs. A printer is required if comps are issued from the program. Wait List Computer: Pentium IV or higher or higher, XP Professional, 1 GB RAM, 40 GB Hard Drive. This computer will drive the waiting list on a dedicated display. Tournament Clock Computer: Pentium IV or higher or higher, XP Professional, 1 GB RAM, 40 GB Hard Drive. This computer will drive the tournament clock on a dedicated display. 12
