I have a broad range of interests that are reflected in his current private practice. I provide forensic services including the following: Parenting plan evaluations (a.k.a. custody evaluations or timesharing evaluations), Parenting coordination, Collaborative facilitation, Evaluation of criminal competencies and criminal responsibility, and Litigation consultation. I provide clinical services to individuals, couples, and families, including the following: Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Behavioral medicine, and Assessment. I also provide more generalized life-enhancement services such as life coaching and executive coaching, which focus on personal or organizational growth. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PRIVATE PRACTICE, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, Florida May 2007 to Present An independent private practice that focuses on forensic and family services. ECKERD YOUTH ALTERNATIVES, Clearwater, Florida 1999 to 2007 A large (1400 employees) provider of services for youth and families located in nine states. Director of Clinical Services 1999 to 2007 Responsibilities included oversight of the provision of mental health and substance abuse services, oversight of Medicaid programming and documentation, and development of all

JBM CONSULTATIVE SERVICES, Tampa, Florida 1998 to 1999 An independent consultation service for other mental health professionals in both academic and applied settings. Consultant 1998 to 1999 Served as the sole consultant responsible for assessing the functioning of residential programs for troubled youth, proposing corrective action plans, and assisting in the implementation of these plans. Also provided research assistance, technical writing, and professional presentations. UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA HEALTH SERVICES CENTER, Charlottesville, Virginia 1995 to 1998 A large teaching hospital that provided state-of-the-art treatment and is part of the University of Virginia. Assistant Professor 1997 to 1998 Responsible for supervising/training clinical-psychology residents and behavioral-medicine postdoctoral fellows. Worked with patients presenting problems such as anxiety disorders, depression, insomnia, bowel disorders, headaches, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosomatic disorders, pain disorder, as well as other behavioral-medicine-related problems. Conducted research focused on behavioral treatment of constipation/encopresis, EEG differentiation of children with ADHD, and parental variables that predict treatment response of chronically ill children. Post Doctoral Fellow in Behavioral Medicine 1996 to 1997 Duties were 40% clinical work; 40% research; and 20% supervision of residents, graduate students, and research assistants. Clinical Psychology Resident 1995 to 1996 Completed major rotations in Behavioral Medicine and Inpatient Forensic Psychology and minor rotations in Outpatient Forensic Psychology and Child and Family Psychiatry. While working at the Institute for Law, Psychiatry and Public Policy, completed Virginia s required week-long course for forensic psychologists. Was on the state-approved provider list for forensic psychologists. Was qualified as an expert witness in Albemarle County.
