The Project (I) How were the focus groups constituted? - Four Portuguese Nurses that - Tree Head-Nurses; have been in Erasmus programme; - One Nursing Professor; - One Portuguese Nurse that is - One French Nurse that is working in Portugal; working in United Kingdom; - One Portuguese Nurse that is working in France; - One Canadian Nurse that is - One Portuguese Nurse that has been in Erasmus working in Portugal. Programme.
14 What did we develop? The Project (II) - An environment of sharing; - Exchange of experiences; - Discussion about several topics related to mobility; - Develop strategies to improve students and nurses mobility. In what has contributed for us? - Awareness of the value of the mobility; - Promoted our interest about mobility; - Mustered us with strategies for dealing with students/ nurses that are in mobility.
