3 Logging on to the system Log on to the system Select Mexico Tourist Auto Insurance available from your Infinity Website Input your Infinity assigned Agent code Select an office code from the drop down This will be the two digit state abbreviation for the state in which you operate (i.e. California = CA)
4 Select Function Issue Policy- Allows you to quote and bind a policy Retrieve Quote- Allows you to retrieve previous quotes Search Policies- Allows you to search policies that have been issued, make non-premium baring changes, and access declaration pages. Commissions- Gives you a breakdown of the premium you have written and the commission owed you. Logout- Allows you to leave IIG s system and return to Infinity s Systems
5 Policy Issuance- Coverage Dates Enter the dates of coverage and the territory Notice that the policy does not ask for a start time. All policies begin at 12:01 AM on the date entering Mexico and end 12:01 AM on the date after leaving Mexico (e.g. coverage starts at 12:01 AM on March 12 and ends at 12:01 AM on March 13) Select Territory For a description of the territory, select more info.
6 Policy Issuance- Vehicle Information Describe the vehicle Questions? Click the More Info Button to the right of the input field. If you are unsure about a vehicle value use the direct link to Kelley Blue Book or the NADA to calculate the value. These links are found in the More Info Button. Chosen value will be insured amount Amount Paid for claims will not exceed ACV
7 Policy Issuance- Towed Units Enter Number of Towed Units Towed Units includes Trailers, ATVs, Motorcycles, Boats, and any other self propelled unit. These must be listed! Failure to list can cause policy to be void Please read and inform your clients of the important conditions applicable to units being trailered Input Towed unit Information All towed or transported units must be listed Coverage for liability is in force only while the motorcycle or vessel is in a trailer A second liability policy may be required as each self propelled road vehicle must be listed on its own separate policy
8 Policy Issuance- Liability Coverage Liability and Deductibles Liability Options $50,000 CSL $100,000 CSL $150,000 CSL (Automatic with GNP Deluxe Policy not available from ABA Seguros) $170,000 CSL(Automatic with ABA Plus Policy not available from GNP Seguros) $300,000 CSL Deductibles Percentage of value 2% for collision Minimum of $500 for cars $1000 for all other vehicles 5% for theft Minimum of $1000 for cars $1500 for all other vehicles Fixed Deductibles $500 for Collision $1000 for Theft We recommend at least 100,000 CSL and Fixed Deductibles
9 Policy Issuance- Underwriting Answering these questions correctly will help the client avoid problems if there is a claim. In addition, surcharges are linked to these questions No Pictures are Required No Clue reports or MVRs

19 Application Progress- Allows you to return immediately to previous steps Vehicle Owner Information- If the owner has residence in Mexico, use their US contact information. Please input the clients address as a copy of the policy terms and conditions will be sent to them. If they do not have one, please use your own address. Additional Drivers- are NOT as Mexico Tourist Auto Policies are permissive use; however, for the peace of mind of the drivers this option is available. Other Required information- This information is required by Mexican Law in Article 140, and is intended to curve money laundering.
20 Policy Information US/Canada insurance Info- Provides you with a cross sell opportunity and is used by the underwriting company in case of a claim. Lien holder Information- If the client has a lien holder, ensure you have fixed deductibles, $100,000 in Liability coverage, select yes, and input the lien holder s information. The power unit is the primary vehicle that may be towing other vehicles. The towed unit is any vehicle that is towed by the power unit.

25 Important Things-Print the Policy Policy Documents- You can print the Declarations Page, Terms and Conditions, and Travel Assistance Terms and Conditions. These documents are also automatically sent to the that was input in the policy information step. Fax policy- You can fax the policy to the client or their lien holder directly from our servers.
26 Search Policies You can search by any of the following: Search by a date or a range of dates Search by Policy number Search by the insured Name

28 Policy options allows you to do the following: Click here to view the policy- Allows access the Declarations page and Claims instructions Edit Basic Info o Can edit dates, but cannot change policy length o Any non-premium bearing information can be changed (name, address, contact information) o To change any premium bearing information we must cancel the policy and rewrite it Edit Vehicle Information- Allows you to change the vehicle, and access and change all other vehicle information
29 Re- Policy- You can re- policy to the client or a lien holder Fax Policy- Allows you to fax the policy to the client or a lien holder from our servers Re-issue this policy using information that has been input for the selected policy Void the policy- Need to cancel a policy? This option is available until the policy is in effect
30 Refunds and Cancellations To change, cancel or rewrite a policy 1. If a policy needs to be canceled, and it is before the effective date then it can be cancelled using the void button 2. No refunds or cancellations after the effective date! 3. If you have any questions please us at [email protected]. You must enter the reason for cancellation in the notes field Check the date of the policy If there is an error in the registered owner name, address, phone number, membership number, description of the vehicles or lien holder information you may EDIT the policy. Errors on dates, number of days, addition or removal of vehicles or changes to coverage require that you CANCEL and WRITE A NEW POLICY.
