Typicalpurchasepricesandterms Purchasepricesstartat$35,000andcangoashighas$250,000ormore.Manybuyerschoosetobuilda portfolioofstructuredcashflowstoadddiversificationandmeettheirdesiredtotalpurchaseprice. Paymenttermscanrangefromthreetothirtyyears,butaremostoftenfivetoeightyears.Theinterest rateisrepresentedasanannualeffectiverateofreturncompoundedbasedonthetimeperiodover whichpaymentsaremade(monthly,quarterly,orannually),andisrecordedtoanaccuracyofthree decimalplaces. OverseeingthesalesduediligenceprocessassetoutintheBuyer spurchaseassistance Agreement.
