He is currently working on his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Wayne State University. His experience is with a variety of orthopedic conditions and extensive experience in return to work programing. His duties as director are to assist in marketing and community outreach, development of programs for the department and potential Team wide programs as they relate to fitness, nutrition, body/lifting mechanics, transfer training and pain management for the Industrial Athlete. He also has experience in Work Hardening/Conditioning, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Ergonomic Evaluations, Job Site Evaluations, Job Coaching, Light Duty Programing and developing Functional Performance Assessments for potential new hires. His manual therapy skills include muscle energy, myofascial release, and strain-counter strain. He also has experience in treating temporomandibular dysfunction. He is a part-time faculty member at the Wayne State University Physical Therapy Program and teaches yearly courses in Modalities and Health Promotions. Jon has provided guest lectures on Occupational and Cumulative Trauma Disorders for the University of Michigan-Flint and Wayne State University Physical Therapy Programs. He has also proctored at the Oakland University Physical Therapy Program. Jon is also working on obtaining his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

However, Bill s greatest expertise, driven by his own injuries, is in treating knee and ankle problems. He is an ASTYM certified provider. Bill is also working on obtaining his CIMT (Certified Integrated Manual Therapy), ErgoScience Certification and his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Charles Vaughn, PT [email protected] Charles graduated from Central Michigan University in 2004 and has been working in a primarily orthopedic setting treating a variety of diagnoses and patients with post-surgical limitations to low back pain. Additionally, he has treated patients with vestibular dysfunction and spinal cord injury. He takes pride in educating his patients on their ailment and helping them to understand and take care of their bodies with exercise and awareness. Charles is also working on obtaining his ErgoScience Certification, his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and a manual therapy certification (CIMT). Charles is ASTYM certified.

3 D1 Bloomfield Twp Gwynne Waters PT, OMPT, PES, DPT, Clinic Director Gwynne has over 20 years of experience treating orthopedic / sports medicine injuries. She graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Physical Therapy. She earned her Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Gwynne received her OMPT (Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy) and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2009 and 2011, respectively. She has enhanced her treatment and manual skills with additional certifications in Functional Movement Screen, Active Release Technique for Upper and Lower Extremities, Spine, and Nerve Entrapment, ASTYM, Level I, II, and III from the North American Institute of Manual Therapy and Muscle energy for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine and the SI joint. Gwynne has been involved in ACL rehabilitation research and has served as a Rehab Consultant for the Detroit Red Wings since She has special interest in working with hockey and running athletes. Gwynne is also working on obtaining her ErgoScience Certification and TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning- Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Bloomfield Hills, MI Phone: Fax: Mickey graduated from the University of Windsor (Canada) in 1999 with a Bachelor s in Human Kinetics. He received a Bachelor s of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Detroit Mercy in In 2009, Mickey earned his Master s degree in Science from California University of Pennsylvania. He has been a Certified Athletic Trainer for 14 years with experience treating orthopedic/sports medicine injuries and movement impairments. He did internships with the Detroit Rockers of the Major indoor Soccer League and the Plymouth Whalers Hockey Team. From 2002 to 2004 Mickey served as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Windsor Spitfires. He received his Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Mickey is also working on obtaining his ErgoScience Certification and his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

She is a board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities with orthopedic, neuromuscular, and sports injuries. Carolyn has pursued extensive training in osteopathic manual treatment techniques from Michigan State University, as well as extensive coursework in functional therapeutic exercise. Carolyn brings an eclectic treatment philosophy to her practice, developing a highly customized treatment plan for each client, based on their specific problems and goals. Carolyn is also working on obtaining her ErgoScience Certification and TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Stephanie Arnold, DPT [email protected] Stephanie graduated with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in She has practiced in outpatient orthopedics since then and believes in providing quality care by tailoring each treatment plan to the individual. Since graduating she has become an ASTYM certified clinician and has pursued continuing education courses to more effectively treat a wide range of diagnoses. Stephanie utilizes manual treatments combined with individual exercise programs to help each patient achieve their goals. She also has experience working with patients who suffer from migraines and chronic headaches and is on the referral list for the Michigan Headache & Neurological Institute. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes patient education to provide an environment for healing and help prevent future injury. Stephanie is also working on obtaining her ErgoScience Certification and TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who treats back & neck pain and specializes in sports medicine, with special expertise in treating hockey players. Scott applies a wide-range of manual techniques including Kaltenborn-Evjenth mobilizations, osteopathic spinal techniques, muscle energy for the spine and pelvis and occasionally uses Mobilization with Movement techniques. He is also working on obtaining his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Erik De Meulemeester, PT, DScPT, OMPT, FAFS [email protected] Erik received his BS in Physical Therapy at I.L.O.K. in Parnas, Belgium in After working in his own clinic for three years, he relocated to the USA and has been working for over 14 years in outpatient orthopedics and sports physical therapy. He earned his OMPT certificate in 2006 and completed research for his Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy with a specification in Manual Therapy in He completed his fellowship in Applied Functional Science at the Gray Institute of Functional Training. He adds specific focus during treatment on functional training and orthopedic manual techniques. Erik is also currently involved with teaching Advanced Therapeutic Exercises, Modalities and Diagnostic Procedures at Wayne State University. His current research interests are the Consequences of the Effect of Decreased Core Strength on Lower Extremity Injuries and the Efficacy of Segmental Manual Techniques. Erik is also working on obtaining his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

6 Janelle Pask, DPT Southgate Janelle graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in As a new graduate she joined Team Rehab due to strong interest in the area of orthopedic physical therapy. Janelle has therefore, improved her manual skills by being proactive in her continuing education. He has training in the Cervical/Thoracic/Lumbar spine, Foot/ Ankle, Knee, Shoulder and common extremity mobilization techniques. She is ASTYM certified. Janelle is also working on obtaining her TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Keith earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in 2000 from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). His clinical interests primarily involve helping people solve their issues through biomechanical problem solving. He has a strong background in on site services and job site analysis leading to a better understanding of the job demands of your workers. He strives to tailor the rehabilitation to match the worker s ability to match specific job demands. He looks at the big picture here attempting to uncover the whys behind the injury considering work style and, when requested, work site issues. He particularly enjoys working with dancers, musicians, skaters, runners, golfers, etc. Keith is also working on obtaining his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA. In addition, Keith has earned numerous other certifications including: FAFS - Fellow of Applied Functional Science - Keith completed a year-long intensive study of functional science through the Gray Institute FMR - Certification in Functional Manual Reaction - Keith uses this specific functional manual therapy technique designed to restore optimal function. NG360GPS - Nike/Gray Institute Golf Performance Specialist - This has been helpful not only for golf but for in depth biomechanical analysis to determine other contributing factors leading to injury.

He has extensive experience with multiple orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities. He has special interest in knee and shoulder conditions. Scott is also working on obtaining his ErgoScience Certification and his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Chandra Charlton, DPT [email protected] Chandra earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008 at Oakland University. Since graduating, she has been in outpatient setting using a manual therapy approach of treating patients with orthopedic conditions including neck and low back pain (fusions and laminectomies), total hip and knee replacements, ACL repairs, balance and gait deficits and poor body mechanics. She incorporates muscle energy techniques, trigger point and myofascial release and soft tissue and joint mobilizations to optimize patient s function. Chandra is also working on obtaining her ErgoScience Certification and TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

After graduating, Tony has pursued extensive continuing education in order to provide patients with advanced manual therapy techniques for the treatment of neck, back, and peripheral joint dysfunctions. He became a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT) in He has worked for Team Rehab for the last 6 years specializing in the treatment of orthopedic conditions. He also enjoys working with athletes as well as vestibular conditions and work injuries. He also works with local universities as an APTA certified clinical instructor. Tony is also working on obtaining his ErgoScience Certification and his TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Rebecca Edwards-Luker, DPT [email protected] Rebecca graduated from Wayne State University in 2011 with a Doctorate degree in physical therapy. She uses a variety of techniques such as joint and soft tissues mobilizations, muscle energy, kinesio-taping, and functional exercises to help return her patients to the highest level of function. She also received a certification in ASTYM which is used to treat soft tissue dysfunctions. She is a certified personal trainer and kettle bell instructor (level I). She has a special interest in athletes but enjoys working with patients of various musculoskeletal conditions. She is also working on obtaining her ErgoScience Certification and TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator) Certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).
