Established for over 20 years we have provided applications for the Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Food and Drink and Manufacturing industries. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Brewman will run on most modern PCs installed with Microsoft Office 2007 or higher. Brewman is written for a Windows network utilising Microsoft Access and Visual Basic. Brewman Premier s Brewery Management System, Brewman, has been designed and written to allow breweries to manage their business in a more efficient manner and make the most of its best resource - their customers. The Sales module allows them to keep in touch with customers by managing telesales, taking orders and then producing invoices, delivery notes and dray plans. Invoices are then simply transferred to their accounting system. Instant access to sales and order history enables the brewer to pro-actively call customers and anticipate sales trends. Brewman calculates duty as sales are made. At the end of each month the calculations can simply be printed onto a Duty Return, it couldn t be easier! Brewman also manages all your cask tracking requirements. Utilising Premier s barcoded and permanent Journey Labels, casks can be scanned in or out as movements dictate, giving full traceability. Brewman is flexible and very easy to use and will operate for a single user or as part of a networked system. 5 Cask tracking Casks can be one of your most valuable assets. Do you know where all your casks are? Do you know how many you have and how many there are at each of your outlets? Premier has developed a comprehensive Cask Tracking System to enable you to keep track of your cask movements. Initially each cask is labelled with a permanent barcode label. At racking each cask is additionally labelled with a Journey Label, which contains product and gyle information. At racking the permanent label is scanned with the Journey Label, thus linking the two. The Journey Label has peel-off sections that allows the drayman to attach the delivered cask s barcode to your delivery documentation on delivery. SYSTEM COMPONENTS Premier s standalone Cask Tracking System contains the following: Cask Tracking Software Written for Windows, the software is quick to install and incredibly easy to use. Outlet records Product details Cask information Scanning module Duty returns CASK JOURNEY LABEL PRINTER LABELS The special label printer prints the cask Journey Labels which are plastic coated to ensure they remain on the cask. However, they can be cleaned off during the normal cask cleaning process. BARCODE SCANNER Premier s Cask Tracking System comes with a barcode scanner that plugs into your desktop and/or a handheld scanner. Back in the office, using a choice of barcode scanners, you can quickly and easily scan the delivery documentation to log the cask out to an outlet. Alternatively the drayman can scan as he delivers, using a handheld scanner. When the cask is returned, you can again scan the barcode, either from the Journey Label or the permanent label, which automatically updates the cask location within the system. If you forget to scan a cask in, the system is automatically updated next time the cask is racked. There are many reports, for example, Cask Stock, Cask Location, Cask Due for Return, Casks Overdue, etc. If your casks already have permanent barcode labels they can be used by the Premier System. Quality Assurance Checks, showing expected values. PRODUCTION PLANNING You can specify what you plan to produce showing the anticipated date for completion. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS Based upon your Production Plan, the system tracks: all ingredients used planned and actual production parameters planned and actual quality checks movements from vessel to vessel losses and reasons for the loss The system can report upon your total production yield, the cost of production, the quality checks, volumes planned, in production and stocked, and much more. The system has a complete stock control and purchase ordering system to allow you to manage your raw materials. Each raw material used can be specifically traced back to a supplier, batch number, and through to the gyle in which the material was used. You can define your recipes showing which raw materials are used, the parameters you require during the production process, and the quality assurance tests that should be applied. You can plan your production specifying which products you will produce and when they will become finished stock. Based upon your production plan, the system calculates your raw material requirements and can automatically create purchase orders on your suppliers. The system also tracks movements from vessel to vessel and any losses incurred during the process. 7 Brewrep Salesperson Reporting Premier s Brewrep System has been designed and written specifically for breweries to enable them to manage their Sales Representatives and to facilitate Representative reporting. It enables Representatives to perform their day to day tasks, helping them to schedule calls and ensuring Outlets are visited on a regular basis. Brewrep data is held on the server back in the office. This data is accessed by the Representatives via their laptops or home computers. Information is updated by Representatives after their customer visits. You are therefore able to access up-to-date information on each of your customers. Sales Managers and Sales Representatives can set Outlet Sales targets and the system will monitor and report on actual sales and targets. Brewrep allows the Representative to keep notes on each visit giving you a complete history for each customer. Representatives can access all information on their outlets and sales but are not able to access outlets belonging to other Representatives. The Sales Manager however has access to all information. All data is stored on the in-house server and not on the Representative s laptops; thus ensuring the data is safe! Brewrep is written for a Windows network utilising Microsoft Access and Visual Basic.
