I ensure that I am seen as a role model across Curo and externally through my behaviours which are aligned to Curo s Culture Web. I lead by example and communicate with candor and authenticity in an open and transparent manner across Curo I have a high degree of self-awareness and demonstrate an unwavering personal commitment to implementing our Big Plan storyboard, through trust, honesty and integrity as the key filters for how we do business in Curo I play an active role - I anticipate challenges, adapt strategic approaches to make timely decisions and adopt contingency plans to be pro-active in dealing with the ever changing circumstances facing Curo.
