1 TRANSFER COURSES The University of Texas at Tyler participates in the Texas Common Course Numbering System (TCCNS), which is a voluntary, cooperative effort among Texas community colleges and universities to facilitate transfer of freshman- and sophomore-level general academic coursework. A list of institutions participating in the TCCNS project are provided in Appendix A. Science transfer courses for Tyler Junior College, Kilgore College, Trinity Valley Community College, and Jacksonville College are provided below. For all other courses go to Instructions for accessing the online evaluation of transfer courses are provided in Appendix B.
