3 Chairman s Letter It has been a distinct pleasure and a gratifying honor to serve as this year s Nationals Chair. Together, let us honor and celebrate our industry, our peers, our professionals, and our devoted building partners. Congratulations to this year s Gold and Silver Award winners. During this great recession you are the true leaders who have chosen to seek new opportunities, endure abundant challenges, fine-tune expertise, and provide rewarding hopes and dreams to our homebuyers through excellence in planning, merchandising, marketing, selling, and customer service. Without reservation, we are all winners! Thank you to the outstanding Nationals 2012 Advisory Team. This dedicated group of contributors is comprised of members from across the continent who have given many hours of their time and talents to make tonight special for everyone.
