1 The Department of Educational Leadership Benchmarking Exercise First Iteration The Department of Educational Leadership has divided itself into three program areas for the first round of benchmarking. Area one is Administration. This area includes the School Leaders program as well as the doctoral programs in administration. Area two is Curriculum. This area includes the masters in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership and the curriculum major in the doctoral program. Area three is College Student Personnel. This area includes the masters program in CSP. At this time, each program area has selected institutions that we know by reputation to be similar in some ways to our own. On further investigation, we may want to add or delete institutions in order to establish more beneficial comparison institutions.
