1 SUMMARY OF FAIR OPPORTUNITY DECISIONS MADE ON NETWORX CONTRACTS The Networx contracts allow individual agencies to place, as a result of fair opportunity (FO) decisions, delivery/task orders under these contracts to satisfy the Agencies requirements. GSA does not collect specific information correlating Agencies fair opportunity decisions and delivery or task orders, including "Estimated FTS2001 Value ($M); that information may be available only from the Agencies themselves. Agencies are, however, required to notify GSA s Networx Contracting Officers when the Agencies make each FO decision. The attached report lists FO decisions the Agencies have reported to GSA. Column (1) Letter Date: The date of the Agency s FO notification to GSA. Column (2) Agency Bureau Name (Subagency): The name of the Agency or sub-agency that made the FO decision. Column (3) Networx Contractor Selected: The Networx contractor the Agency selected in its FO decision and the respective contract number.
