Qwest s IP- enabled ATM (Smart PVC) expands Enterprise connectivity via two capabilities: Simplified any-to any connectivity and Quality of Service. Carrying voice over your data network. 5 Frame Relay Domestic To stay competitive in today s global economy you need the right network for transmitting all of your mission-critical information. However, the right network today might not be the right network for you tomorrow. Designed to grow with your virtual enterprise, Qwest Frame Relay combines the dedicated speed and security of a private line with the reliability, flexibility and scalability of the Qwest high-speed network. The result: less infrastructure and greater reach with a potential reduction in the cost of doing business. Qwest Frame Relay is a proven high-speed data packet data service, ideal for LAN-to-LAN and/or WAN to WAN connectivity. It gives your geographically dispersed locations the means to exchange Internet, data, image and voice communications. With Qwest Frame Relay you ll receive: Some of the highest port speeds available 56 Kbps up to and including 45 Mbps. Bandwidth-on-demand capability. Qwest s IP- enabled Frame Relay (Smart PVC) expands Enterprise connectivity via two capabilities: Simplified any-to any connectivity and Quality of Service. Qwest Frame Relay is supported by an industry leading Service Level Agreement (SLA). Three quality of service (QoS) classes help you prioritize traffic on a per-circuit basis: Variable Frame Rate real time (VFR-rt), Variable Frame Rate non-real time (VFR-nrt) and Unspecified Frame Rate (UFR). Frame Relay Service gives you advanced networking solutions to keep you connected, both domestically and internationally. Qwest Domestic Frame Relay Service is directly connected to the Qwest Macro Capacity Fiber Network in the United States. Qwest can also provide Frame Relay Service internationally in over 60 countries worldwide. Service requires CPE and minimum term of commitment.

6 ISDN By dialing a telephone, you are able to have fast, flexible, highly reliable, and digitally clear connections. New communications services based on Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) technology make this possible. With ISDN, you are able send any combination of voice, image, video, or data across town or around the world. Based upon international communications standards, ISDN provides you with access to the powerful capabilities of today's public telephone network. Qwest offers two versions of ISDN service, Primary Rate & Single Line Service: Qwest Primary Rate Service is a digital network that allows you to transmit voice, data, video, and image - separately or simultaneously - over standard telephone lines or fiber optic circuits via a standard interface. A single ISDN channel is a fast and flexible information management tool, but Qwest Primary Rate Service is 24 times more powerful, bundling 24 ISDN channels for delivery to your premises. Qwest Single Line Service uses advanced digital technology to move data at significantly higher speeds than standard phone lines by allowing multiple communications to travel simultaneously on a single line. The speed of your communications is dramatically increased, up to 128 Kbps. Service is not available in all areas, depending on distance from an ISDN-equipped service office and technical phone line qualifications. Additional charges for backhaul, ISDN modem and RJ45 jack may apply. Not all Internet Service Providers (ISP) are compatible with ISDN. Some ISPs may charge more for Internet access over ISDN. Actual speeds may vary.

7 Private Line Domestic For your business to compete in today s ever-changing marketplace, you must extend your market reach via tools such as the Internet and communications systems. As the speed of virtual business accelerates with newer and better technologies, your need to protect key business operations from competition and downtime becomes even greater.
