1 AvePoint DocAve Online vs Office Management Overview: DocAve Online is a multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) offering from AvePoint, hosted on Microsoft s Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) technology. With a unified, browser-based user interface and a fully-distributed architecture, DocAve Online integrates AvePoint s powerful backup, administration, and data management technologies into a highly scalable, enterprise-level solution for Office 365 with a focus on, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business. Product Comparison: DocAve Online Granular Backup and Restore vs. Native Backup and Restore Capabilities General No end-user facing interface provided for on-demand backup and restore. Backups are automatically taken every 12 hours and kept for 14 days. In order to restore a site collection, you must contact technical support. The only supported restore option is a full site collection restore. The restore uses the same URL, so you will lose all the data that is currently hosted at that URL.
