Motion to appoint Jeff Shirley Delaware Township Vacancy Board. Motion to appoint Sharon Franks, Administrative Assistant for Recreation, Zoning and Sewerage as well as Alternate Right to Know Officer at a fixed compensation of $48, annually. Motion to Set Monthly meeting dates, times and authorize advertisement of schedule for Delaware Township Board of Supervisors to be held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6 pm. Excluding 12/25/2013 and to meet with the Planning commission as needed at its regularly scheduled meetings. 4 Motion to set office hours to begin at 8:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Motion to Approve Delaware Township Planning commission meetings and works shops to be held on first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Motion to Authorize the Delaware Township Zoning Hearing Board to meet on an as needed basis at 7pm Motion to Authorize Delaware Township Recreation Committee to meet on an as needed Basis. Motion to approve Wayne Bank, Dime Bank, Citizens Bank and PLIGIT as depositories for Delaware Township. Motion to Authorize the Treasurer to pay bills that are due between regular scheduled meetings of the Board of Supervisors. Motion to authorize the Pike county dispatch and News Eagle as the official newspapers for Delaware Township and the Pocono Record as needed. Motion to establish a rate of $0.55 per mile use of personal use of Vehicle on Delaware Township Business. Motion to Authorize the Attendance of Supervisor s Tom Ryan, Ted Parsell and Barbara Foos, Krista Predmore and Charlie Kroener to attend the PSAT Annual convention. Motion to approve New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr., Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day as paid holidays.
