5 FCA compliant selling. Our expert brokers are accredited by the Broker Assess training system from the Chartered Institute of Insurers and BIBA. These experts are audited monthly by our internal compliance team. We also pay for two annual company audits from external examiners Branko and Bluefin which we have never failed. In the last twelve months the compliance team has more than doubled including the hiring of a new compliance manager and an insurance compliance advisor. Robust complaints procedure that ensures all complaints are logged and dealt with in a timely manner. In the last year we haven t had any complaints escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service. In our quarterly FCA board meetings, Senior Management review our processes to ensure we re treating customers fairly and that the company remains compliant.
