6 A course on Health Informatics Terminology and Professional English for HIT students A workshop on patient safety; learning from errors : this is a workshop conducted in collaboration with WHO. It aims to raise the clinical providers awareness of why medical errors happen, what their root causes are and what lessons can be learnt for providing a safer healthcare. A workshop on research on patient safety : this is a workshop covering the core principles of patient safety research. At Mashhad University of Medical Science I teach: A course on workflow analysis and modeling for PhD students in Medical Informatics: The course focuses on the concepts of workflow analyses and modeling in the context of HIT use in clinical environments.
