6 LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT FOR TRAINING PROVIDERS In order for a training program to be considered for CareerSource Palm Beach County renewal, the program must achieve completion and training-related placement performance at various levels of achievement in two categories. The first level of achievement measures the total number of participants who complete training. The second level of achievement measures the total number of participants who complete the course and obtain a training related job placement. To be considered for contract renewal a course must meet or exceed the standards for both completion and training related job placement and remain on the Targeted Occupations List.
