41 Fighting Fraud Can Pay You may get a reward if you meet all of these conditions: You call either HHS-TIPS ( ) or call MEDICARE ( ) to report suspected fraud. TTY users should call The suspected Medicare fraud you report must be investigated and validated by CMS s contractors. The reported fraud must be formally referred to the Office of Inspector General for further investigation. You aren t an excluded individual. The person or organization you're reporting isn t already under investigation by law enforcement.
