4 Project groundwork 3 The project is developing on the basis of the groundwork done by O. A. Rumyantseva, PhD, Prof. of N. I. Pirogov Russian State Medical University (the results of the research are available in the form of publications, conference reports and patent for invention) and Concern VEGA OJSC (highly developed infrastructure site with high-tech process equipment for the project implementation). The project is being shaped by Concern VEGA OJSC for the SKOLKOVO Innovation Center.

Designing and development of a technology for the early detection of ophthalmologic diseases, as well as of diseases and pathologies affecting the areas of visual analyzer nerve impulse advancing. 2. Creation of new possibilities for further integration of the achievements in ophthalmology, neurosurgery, endocrinology, neurology and neurooncology. Formation of a new trend in medical techniques on this basis. 3. Generation and development of a project (projects) at the joint of the SKOLKOVO clusters for Biomedical Technologies and Information Technologies. 4. Commercialization of the project results. Market promotion of the technology arranged in the form of know-how and other objects of intellectual property, as well as the medical devices and hardware and software complexes designed on their basis with the use of 3D. Formation of a new market trend. Active participation in formation of the global market of medical technologies.

9 New diagnostic possibilities 8 Creation of portable spheroperimeter opens up the possibilities of development on its base of new industrial embodiments to be used with research, diagnostic and therapeutic purposes not only in ophthalmology, but also in neurosurgery, endocrinology, neurology (diagnostics of vascular and inflammatory pathologies) and neurooncology.

12 Commercialization of the project results 11 The developed research techniques, early detection technology, devices and hardware and software complexes take shape in the form of results of intellectual property (know-how, patents and useful models). We see the consumers of this technology amongst medical institutions which render medical services (B2B market) and scientific organizations (B2B market). We plan to sell professional medical devices to the abovementioned organizations and individuals (B2B and B2C markets). General use devices will be sold to individuals (B2C market). We intend to enter the global market with the assistance from our strategic partners who possess necessary international experience.
