Services report Current Carrier report (optional) Note: You must specifically request Current Carrier, a listing of current and past (within the last five years) policies, to include it in your Solutions At Quote report. If the policy is IN-EFFECT, the inquiry date is used. If the policy is CANCELLED or EXPIRED, the expiration date for the subject with the most current policy period is used. If the timeframe falls equal to a six-month term, we will output greater than that six-month term and less than the next six-month term. [12] Status indicates whether the policy is one of the following: - EXPIRED: Policy is no longer active. - CANCELLED: The policy was terminated by either the insurance company or the insured. - IN-EFFECT: Policy is active. - DISPUTED: Consumer has disputed specific items or the entire policy. [22] DED CP stands for Deductible for Comprehensive and Collision Deductible associated with the vehicle. [23] UM UN indicates the limit of coverage for Uninsured Motorists and Underinsured Motorists. - PRIMARY: Primary policyholder. - LISTED: Secondary and other policyholders such as employees of the insured. - EXCLUDED: Reported by the insurance company as an excluded driver. [16] From and To indicates the policy effective dates for each one on the policy. [17] Insured Vehicle reports vehicles most recently covered on the policy, including the VIN., year and make. [18] Type here stands for types of vehicles. P is Passenger Car; T is Truck.
