19 Lozano Insurance Adjusters are an independent adjusting firm That insurance companies hire to handle claims for their homeowners for claims such as a water loss, a fire, and hurricanes in South Florida. LotusLive Meeting has changed the way they do business. In the past our adjusters came to our home office in South Florida from across the state. They would spend a day travelling, taking them away from being productive in the field. Now, they are able to attend via web conference and as a result, it has greatly increased our production. When there is a catastrophe it is important that we get information out to our field staff just as quickly as possible. Web conferencing allows this information to flow quickly to the field. The adjusters love the ability to get the information they need to do their job quickly. Not having to spend a day in travel allows them to meet the needs of the customer.
