I. THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The main purpose of the request for quotation is to choose a company for the supply of the IEC Motor Control Centers and PLC Systems equipment. a) IEC Motor Control Centers according to the Technical Specification being an Enclosure no. 3 to this RFQ. b) The components of PLC Systems equipment (P/N / Model as per producer s catalogue): 1. 3 II. OFFER SUBJECT Quotation should contain: 1. Quotation Form being an enclosure no. 4 to this RFQ signed by the authorized person and filled with: - total offer price as well as pricing of the components - lead time - payment terms 2. Technical Specification of IEC Motor Control Centers 3. Copy of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by the authorized person III. SUPPLIER SELECTION CRITERIA: Selection criteria is the net price, for the execution of the project in accordance with technical specification being the Enclosure no. 3 (100%). IV. TRADE CONDITIONS: 1. preferred payment terms: 100 % of the price payable 60 days after delivery 2. delivery conditions: DAP Rzeszów, at the WSK facility loading dock - in the case of Suppliers outside European Union or DDP Rzeszów, at the WSK facility loading dock - in the case of domestic Suppliers and EU Suppliers, with all trade terms dealing with delivery being interpreted using Incoterms minimum offer validity: 90 days 4. Cooperation conditions according to our standard WSK PZL- Rzeszów S.A. Capital Equipment Agreement NOTE: The enclosed Capital Equipment Agreement draft is a standard WSK PZL- Rzeszów S.A. contract. REPLY TO REQUEST FOR QUOTATION EXPIRY DATE Please reply to this request for quotation until Tuesday, 24 th June 2014 Offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked with: the name of the Supplier, the number of the RFQ the offer refers to as well as the name of WSK byer responsible for the purchase Katarzyna Szary. The information will be disclosed subject to non-disclosure obligation and obligation to protect such information with the same degree of care with which the receiving party treats and protects its own proprietary and confidential information against public disclosure, but with no less than reasonable care..
