2 2 COMPANY S PROFILE FABRITY ensures complex support in the framework of software development for business, advising services and IT projects. The company is an experienced partner for both national and international enterprises in implementing systems supporting business processes and documents management. FABRITY experts conduct complex Business Intelligence projects and are responsible for creating corporate applications for mobile platforms. The company s team consists of over 60 engineers, analysts, developers, business consultants employed both in Warsaw and Łódź. The company is a part of K2 Internet Group listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange. AREAS OF EXPERTISE For over 10 years, FABRITY has provided consulting services within the framework of analysis and optimisation of business processes. The company has an expertise in the following fields: business process management systems, enterprise content managements systems, enterprise mobility solutions providing effective adaptation of the mobile strategy within the whole enterprise, Business Intelligence solutions by creating complex IT environment supporting cooperation and decision making processes on the management and operational levels. KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.), sales process and customer relationship management solutions for banking and pharmaceutical sector (e.g. Getin Noble Bank, Toyota Bank Polska, Grupa Sanofi), field force managements solutions for the pharmaceutical sector (e.g. Grupa Sanofi, Egis Polska), human capital management solutions, including assessment and employee development solutions, innovation and employee self-service solutions (e.g. PKO BP, Polpharma). CHOSEN IMPLEMENTING PROJECTS FABRITY is the IT partner for the biggest and most dynamically developing enterprises from financial, pharmaceutical, industrial and telecommunication sectors. The FABRITY team has conducted projects automating the core business processes of the enterprises. PZL Mielec: project of developing file repository for the biggest Polish manufacturer of aircraft. The solution is servicing the key process of the flow and approval of aircraft testing documentation. As a consequence, it increases the efficiency of document storage and eliminates connected costs while ensuring the compliance with both external and internal requirements in case of audit. Sanofi: creating a platform automating over 100 internal key processes in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Implementing the IS@ system is an example of one of the biggest BPMS projects in Poland. It consists of building a management strategy and centralising processes within the whole organisation, i.a. accounting and invoicing, HR, IT, legal department and administration. Getin Noble Bank: building a platform supporting processes of cash loan and instalment credit sales in one of the biggest financial institutions in Poland. The project allowed to create an engine of decision making rules leading to the automatization of credit processes while maintaining the high level of integration of the bank s systems within the business process. Implementing the solution had a considerable impact on the efficiency of sales processes and the improvement of the security and delay of credit decisions, which influenced customer service quality. PKO BP: creating a platform supporting HR and management by objectives processes in the biggest financial institution in Poland. The system supports the employees quarterly performance assessment processes in respect of variable remuneration counting. It covers about 10,000 employees of the bank s head office.

4 4 Polpharma: building a complex platform supporting soft HR processes in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Poland. The system ensures the assistance in i.a. conducting employee and employee s potential assessment, planning employee s career and development, creating profile assessments and succession plans. TEAM FABRITY relies on the competence and commitment of over 60 analysts, developers, project managers and consultants. They are responsible for conducting the most complex IT and advisory projects. The ability to combine business, domain, advisory and technological competences is a distinctive feature of the FABRITY team. The company conducts innovative projects within the creative team of employees both in Warsaw and Łódź. It allows to gain both necessary experience and essential business knowledge. TECHNOLOGICAL PARTNERS FABRITY has built a strong structure of partners whose technologies are the basis of the offered solutions. Microsoft: FABRITY specializes in creating customized software based on Microsoft products and technology. The company gained the Microsoft Gold Partner status with Gold Collaboration and Content and Gold Application Development competences. K2: international supplier of business process management, workflow, business form and integration tool solutions. The K2 technology, SourceCode, has been named by the advisory firm Gartner visionary within BPMS systems. Over 2,000 companies and 1.2m users in the world use the K2 solutions. DICOM: distributor of both software for imaging and document management as well as scanning devices. The collaboration with DICOM covers i.a. distribution of software by KnowledgeLake (scanning and document management for MS SharePoint), Collabware (Records Management for MS SharePoint solutions), iternity (archiving solutions for MS SharePoint) and distribution of scanning devices i.a. by Fujitsu and Kodak. AvePoint: supplier of specialized management tools for the platform MS SharePoint. ABBYY: supplier of scanning and OCR software.
