2 The Global Human Resource Outsourcing Cloud Global Human Resource Outsourcing (ghro) combines cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functionality with fully managed payroll services for multinational Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This solution was designed specifically for organizations that do not have enough employees to warrant the investment in a global HRIS system, but have enough to create a need for a centralized system to manage their critical HR processes. In addition to the many advantages of a cloud-based HRIS system, ghro also provides a fully managed payroll service, which is particularly helpful for growing organizations that have limited internal HR resources. 3 The Global Human Resource Outsourcing Cloud Why do you need ghro? It s becoming increasingly difficult to work in different time zones and I need a long-term solution. I m having difficulty communicating with my local vendor since they do not speak English as a first language. Local HR and Payroll is provided through a local vendor relationship in each country, but my U.S. headquarter team is finding it challenging to manage this growing number of foreign resources.
