While we understand that last-minute circumstances may prevent speakers from attending, we beg you to inform us in advance so we can alert attendees. "No-show" is intended as the speaker (or one of the other authors) not being present at his or her allocated talk session for presentation of their paper. When none of the authors can attend the meeting for their oral presentation, this will be deemed as being withdrawn from the meeting and it will be cancelled from the program.
