4 Regional Mining District Golden Dawn Claims British Columbia Washington State Why there is gold & copper in the region Fifty million years ago, when mammals were beginning their reign on the planet, metamorphic core complexes arose in tandem from deep within the crust in the project area. As they crept skyward the overlying strata was extended, above major detachment faults, forming horst and graben structures. The horst and graben structures are bounded by normal faults. These normal faults tend to be high angle and trend in a north south orientation. The faults are associated with precious metal mineralization, which is often preserved in the grabens. The Rebublic and Toroda Creek grabens have been lucrative places to find gold. 4

8 May Mac & Amigo Mines May Mac Mine Small scale historic production at the May Mac Mine from 1903 to 1983, totalled 3,574 tonnes, yielding 18.5 kilograms of gold, 693 kilograms of silver, 58 tonnes of lead, 36 tonnes of zinc and 864 kilograms of copper. 11 May Mac Mine 2015 Rock Sampling In the 6th level of the May Mac Mine, samples were collected from an area that was mined historically. Samples from this area have high values for silver and gold, with up to 528 g/t silver and up to 4.65 g/t gold, and also contain high values of base metals with up to 11% lead and 3.6% zinc. The mineralized zones on the 6th level are open to depth and can be explored from the underground adits and by surface drilling that is currently commencing. In the Lower No. 2 Adit, of the May Mac Mine, a series of samples were collected to follow up previous sampling that returned grams per tonne gold over 0.87 metres as announced in a news release dated October 1. The new round of sampling, over a strike length of 34 metres, gave a values results ranging up to g/t gold over 0.2 metres. The argillite host rock is also locally mineralized, with two of eleven samples assaying 2.03 and 5.21 grams per tonne gold over 0.35 and 0.20 metres. 11

13 Amigo Mine Area City of Greenwood Amigo Mine Area Kinross Property Historic underground mine working on the Amigo No. 1 Vein consist of a cross cut (54 metres) and a drift along the vein (35 metres). Channel samples in the drift ranged up to g/t gold over 0.4 metres. The Amigo Glory Hole underground mine workings consist of a cross cut (16 metres) and drift (13 metres) along the strike of the mineralized zone. Channel sampling previously returned results of 6.22 g/t gold over 1.3 metres. The results collectively are encouraging and emphatically support the Company s drilling campaign. The Company is postulating that the mineralization mined and tested on the May Mac and Amigo adits and veins is related to the cluster of epithermal and skarn type, precious metal deposits mined by Kinross Gold in the northern Washington State, Republic District, km south of the Greenwood Precious Metal Project. 13

16 Management Wolf Wiese President & CEO Mr. Wiese has been involved in the conception and implementation of local and international businesses for the past 30 years, as stock broker and bank owner in Germany. Mr. Wiese has spent the past 16 years in the Mining Exploration Business, primarily as a consultant and financier to public companies. He was the driving force behind Canadian Metals Explorations Ltd, now Hard Creek Nickel Ltd. from 1995 until During his tenure as the primary Financier/Consultant to the Company, Canadian Explorations Ltd. Discovered one of the largest Sulfide Nickel deposits in the World. Mr. Wiese has been involved with Golden Dawn Minerals Inc since the inception of the company in Larry Johnson, CPA, B.Sc (Geology) CFO Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. in Geology and subsequently became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. He was a partner of an accounting practice in Kelowna, BC, where one of his clients went on to discover Canada's first diamond mine. He has been providing Chief Financial Officer and accounting services to various TSX Venture Exchange listed exploration companies for more than 20 years. Brian McClay Project Manager Brian McClay is a mining contractor, diamond drill contractor and a mining development specialist who has worked globally for over 50 years in the recognizing and developing of mineral deposits. He has managed projects and mines in Canada, United States, Mexico, Ecuador, Russia and Australia. He was President and CEO of Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Ltd. from guiding this Company from a market capitalization of $400,000 to in excess of $100 million culminating in a hostile take over. Dr. Mathew Ball, P.Geo. Chief Geologist Dr. Ball is a geologist with over 30 years of worldwide experience including underground precious metals mine development programs. For the past 5 years he was President and COO at the Bralorne gold mine in B.C.
