1 KUKIL PAPER Our goal is to creat high-tech paper Since 1978, the year of opening this business, Kukil Paper Company has been continually grown as a major maker of tissue paper with encouragement and belief of our customers. Kukil Paper Company installed new high-tech equipments in 1997 to prepare the challenging environment of the 21st century which is characterized as the unlimited competition and globalization.we have put our best efforts in R&D and increasing our production rate in order to fulfill our main objective-providing best quality paper that draws the perfect satisfaction of the customer with united mind of all employees. With expert technology and creativity, we have developed repeatedly and set our new goal as being a general production maker of high performance paper to lead high-tech paper art in the 21st century in food wrapping, filter paper for steel plate, tissue paper and our other major products. With the creative desire and research mind Kukil Paper Company which opens the new era will meet the future as the contributing enterprise to the development of the paper culture in domestic and abroad by producing the best quality papers for the perfect satisfaction of the customers. We give our word that we ll be one of leading company which opens the 21st century with various and high-quality products and development of new products.

2 PRODUCT SYSTEM We establish the high-tech, automatic facility system Kukil Paper Company Yong-In Mill is located in YongIn-Si, KyungGi-Do and we have operated four paper machine. We are using good quality pulps to maintain the best products and make the food wrapping paper that doesn t have fluorescent stuffs or any harmful materials. We invested in working environment to make technique paper which is clean and harmless to body and also introduced QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM (Q.C.S) that keep the rate of inferior goods to a minimum and check the basis weight, thickness and moisture, maintain them uniformly for the best products in product lines, introduced other system that detect specks and give a warning of that automatically. We have automatized to throw a quantitative raw materials and chemicals in stock preparation lines and have made strenuous investments to upgrade the quality of products through the introduction of automatic technology.

3 Kukil runs an effective administration system All the employees of our company are endeavoring to produce and supply the products that give our clients satisfaction. We make a study with industrialeducational complex in order to produce better goods and services, run the client s management and warehousing, delivery of goods with better system by introducing the ERP SYSTEM that all worker can be united through practical use of Internet and the command system that not only C.E.O, but also the field workers perform their duty. 4 These are the papers that basis weigh is low and these are widely used for food wrapping paper. Kukil supplies safer products for clients by eliminating the use of a fluorescent material that is harmful to body. Then the clients treat them for various kind of shape so the papers are treated for food wrapping. 18~22g papers are used for cake wrapping, candy wrapping, aluminum laminating hase paper(for export) and 25g papers are used for gum wrapping paper, 2-plied paper(for export), carbon paper. These are the paper that basis weigh is over 50g and these are suitable for food wrapping paper and printing paper. 50~60g papers are used for gum wrapping (outside), base paper for textile paper, wrapping paper for sweet jelly and 60g~80g papers are used for cup ramen lid, base for textile printing.

Then the clients treat them for various kind of shape so the papers are treated for food wrapping.

5 Kukil makes the paper for special use to order according to client s specific. Kukil produces the sterilizing paper for gravure printing paper, release base paper for sanitary napkin and paper bag for injector and the paper for steel plate to protect stainless and other steel plate from scratch by rubbing against outside. With our proficient skills, we produces the specialty paper for cigarette filter paper which is more peculiar than the paper for technique. This paper calls for great manufacturing capacity and It has the superiority as stable air permeability, sanitary disposal, high quality in multiple hole roll market.

Kukil Paper company supports Songdam s paper industry department to find many able people in the paper industries, makes an investment in developing the special technique paper through the department of Korean paper and the research institute, keeps concentrate on these experiments and researches, improve our exports and through this foundations from the company our national economy will develop a lot in the long term.
