3 Card Sets, Card Data Capture Readers, Card Coding Stations and Card Printers RFID technology primion offers an extensive range of credentials with different technologies, in order to be able to implement many different customer and market requirements. When it comes to contactless read technologies, there are active and passive transponders. The widely-used passive RFID technology, which is also the one that we deploy, does not require any energy supply but draws the power it needs from the high-frequency signal emitted by a reader device. As opposed to the active transponders therefore, passive transponders do not require any battery. In order to initialise our readers and also to programme the offline components for our pkt system, we offer a range of card sets that are detailed in this catalogue. In addition you will also find details of data capture readers and card coding equipment that we offer. You will also find details here of third-party card printers that we have tested and released for use with the prime WebSystems software. The readers, equipped with RFID technology were developed for use in central security offices, or similar locations, as table-top devices. The device can easily be connected 1:1 with a standard PC or laptop through the RS232 interface (L364-XXX.01) for use with prime WebSystems or with a USB connection (L ) for use with Data acquisition reader with serial interface prime LiteAccess. The print speed counts up to 120 single-sided printed, fullcoloured plastic-cards per hour. Datacard SD360 Duplex The new Datacard SD 360 is the successor to the successful Datacard SP 55 Plus. Building on the technical features of the Datacard SD260, the SD360 additionally offers the option of double-sided printing using the integrated Duplex station. The printer is connected to your PC by a USB 2.0 interface or can be integrated in your company's network using the integrated Ethernet interface card.
