16 WOOD PAINT AND COATING Application Instructions for coating new or painted wood surfaces, for opaque or transparent finish New wood FOR MATT FINISH MATT FINISH Turpentine based 1. Light sanding with fine 220/280 grit sandpaper 2. Remove dust and dirt from the surface 3. Spread Wood Sealing Oil upon the surface (diluted with 30% turpentine) 4. Apply by spreading 2 layers of "PLASTER PUTTY 2000" 5. Sand surface again with extra fine sandpaper 320/600 grit, make sure the surface is clean from dust and other residue 6. Coat the first layer with synthetic paint diluted 15% with turpentine 7. Apply 2 layers of POLIUR or SUPERLAC in desired shade or gloss FOR OPAQUE FINISH (Water based) FOR TRANSPARENT FINISH 1. Light sanding with fine 220/280 grit sandpaper 2. Remove dust and dirt of the surface 3. Apply one coat of "Synthetic Primer for wood" 4. Paint with two layers of Poliur (water based) in gloss and desired color 1. Light sanding with fine 220/280 grit sandpaper 2. Remove dust and dirt of the surface 3. Coat the surface with 2 to 3 layers of VARNIT in chosen shade and gloss Painted wood Opaque Painted Wood Wood coated with Lacquer 1. Light sanding with fine 220/280 grit sandpaper 2. Remove dust and dirt from the surface 3. Apply fillers of Putty only to the damaged surface- Indoor- "PLASTER PUTTY 2000" Outdoor "PVA PUTTY" 4. Coat the surface with 2 layers of "Poliur" or ''Supelac'' paint in desired shades or gloss 1. Light sanding with fine 220/280 grit sandpaper 2. Remove dust and dirt of the surface 3. Coat the surface with 2 to 3 layers of VARNIT in chosen shade and gloss All paints must be painted according to the instructions on the package.
