6 WATER AND HEAT METERING AND REGULATION AB Axis Industries is one of the largest producers of water and heat metering devices and automatic district heating substation modules in the Baltic States. The water and heat metering devices produced by Axis Industries are implemented not only in Lithuania but also in other countries: Latvia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and others. For more than 20 years, Axis Industries offers integrated solutions for heat and water suppliers and consumers.
7 AREAS OF AXIS INDUSTRIES ACTIVITIES SOLUTIONS FOR WATER AND HEAT METERING AND REGULATION Axis Industries designs, produces and implements: cold and hot water meters, ultrasonic and electromagnetic heat and flow meters, heat energy calculation devices which can be combined with electromagnetic, ultrasonic or mechanical flow sensors, automatic district heating substation modules, accounting systems for utilities, data collection and remote control systems. Currently, Axis Industries invests in the development of new solutions. Soon, Lithuanian and foreign customers will be offered: a compact ultrasonic heat and cooling energy meter, an electromagnetic heat and flow meter, a modern electronic hot and cold water meter for flats, a new generation sewage accounting system. 21 AREAS OF AXIS TECHNOLOGIES ACTIVITIES BIOGAS POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY Axis Technologies offers a technology for biogas power plants where biogas recovered from bio-degradable waste (manure, slurry, industrial waste, etc.) or energy crops (corn, grass, etc.) is used for heat and power generation. This technology is ideal for heat and electric power generation in farms or various industrial companies, where the production process generates much biological waste: bio-ethanol plants, breweries, sugar, meat, milk processing plants and others. BIOMASS GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY The company offers a biomass gasification technology for heat and power generation from biofuel in CHP plants with especially high efficiency of power generation. By applying this technology energy is recovered in the process of biomass gasification by transferring solid fraction biomass to generation gas in the special reactor. This gas can be used in internal combustion engines or special burners. MUNICIPAL WASTE COMBUSTION TECHNOLOGY Axis Technologies offers the most advanced and environmentally friendly municipal waste combustion technology. By applying this technology, municipal and household waste is incinerated at high temperature and the received energy is used for heat and power generation.
