Remove Condition: Starting in Spring 2013, the School of Business plans to give the Ivey Marketing Exam to students in the Marketing Management class as a means of obtaining comparative information on student performance in the marketing major. The School of Business also plans to obtain the NASBA Candidate Performance to compare our students results on the CPA exam with the performance nationally. O 9. List any organizational or administrative personnel changes within the business unit since your last report. Dr. Franco Gandolfi is the new Dean of the School of Business. (Dr. Andy Herrity remains a full-time faculty member.) Darla Donaldson is the new Associate Dean of the School of Business. (Dr. Natalie Winter remains a full-time faculty member.) As mentioned earlier, the Bachelor of Science in Construction Management has moved to the College of Engineering. CBU has a new organizational chart. Please see Appendix A. 2

3 The BABA program is under new leadership and is part of CBU s Online and Professional Studies division. This division has their own administrative and supervisory organization, budget, and they hire their own faculty. b. Annual alumni survey first given Spring This first survey revealed a mean score of over 1.8 for this yes/no question (1=No, 2=Yes). Alumni respondents generally believe that they are able to apply their academic knowledge to the workplace. Will continue to monitor in future surveys. 4

Some of the decline may be attributed to faculty members taking on additional administrative and program responsibilities including the launching of the online Bachelor of Arts degree, and the revised assessment program. Encourage ongoing scholarly activity and taking advantage of Faculty Development funds from the University. 26
