1 21 CHEMISTRY CONFERENCE First Announcement The Department of Chemistry of the Natural Sciences Faculty of the Universidad de Oriente is inviting you to join us in our already traditional Chemistry Conference that will be held in Santiago de Cuba, December 3-5, 2014, sponsored by the Cuban Chemical Society. In 1964, the Universidad de Oriente organized the first Conference, the most ancient Cuban scientific meeting in Chemistry. Now, in the 21 st edition, we will be celebrating our 50 th anniversary and would like you to join us in doing celebratory activities. We look forward to meeting you in one of the most friendly and warmest cities: SANTIAGO DE CUBA, The most Caribbean city of Cuba. The Chemistry as science, engineering and education will be visited as plenary and thematic conferences, oral presentations and posters. The workshops that will be developed are Chemical Education, Environmental Biotechnology and Microscale Chemistry stays for agreement of the previous edition.
