3 I Doping control tests doping control tests. 2. Commission of 4085 laboratory analyses of samples collected during doping control, of which: 2650 standard analyses, 900 analyses to detect Erythropoietin, 300 analyses to detect growth hormone, 150 analyses connected with the biological passport program, 50 analysis made by the IRMS method, 15 analyses to detect blood transfusion, 20 analyses of samples taken from racing horses. 3. Continuation of the Registered Testing Pool programme. 4. Purchase of urine and blood transport container kits and equipment necessary to securely transport and collect blood samples, of which: 1000 urine transport containers, 300 blood transport containers, 1 blood transport fridge, urine and blood collection accessories. * The number of containers will depend on the PLN/EURO or PLN/Swiss franc exchange rate. 3
4 5. Training of doping control officers. 6. An examination to test the skills and competences of doping control officers. 7. Haematological program according to the guidelines of the World Anti-Doping Agency. 8. Doping control tests on athletes members of the European Olympic Games team. 9. Continuation of the steroid profile programme, according to the guidelines of the World Anti-Doping Agency. 10. Continuation of the implementation of new test planning and result management software. II Planning and legislation 1. Development of the rules of procedure for the Disciplinary Panel of the Commission Against Doping in Sport. Responsible: Commission, Michał Rynkowski. 2. Continued cooperation with the World Anti-Doping Agency regarding maintenance of the high level of compliance of Polish anti-doping rules with the World Anti-Doping Program. 4
5 3. Implementation of the agreements signed with the Police Headquarters and customs authorities. 4. Continued work aimed at maintaining high personal data security level. 5. Continued implementation of Polish anti-doping rules to the legal order of Polish sport federations. 6. Development and approval of the Commission s action plan for Responsible: Commission. 7. Development and approval of the Commission s meeting plan for Responsible: Commission. III Education and awareness raising 1. Start of Clean Sport anti-doping campaign. Responsible: Dariusz Błachnio. 2. Continuation of the newsletter program. Responsible: Dariusz Błachnio. 3. Regarding awareness raising: a) Preparation of the Polish version of the 2016 Prohibited List, b) Adaptation of the drug database to the changes on the 2016 Prohibited List. 5
6 IV International relations Participation of representatives of the Commission or Commission Office in meetings, conferences and symposia on doping control. Representatives of the Commission or Commission Office should take part in the following events: Meeting of the Monitoring Group of the Council of Europe Anti-Doping Convention (T-DO), Meeting of the Ad hoc European Committee for the World Anti-Doping Agency (CAHAMA), WADA Symposium, Other conferences or symposia on doping control.
