2 R E A C H C O N F E R E N C E B R A T I S L A V A D E C E M B E R 2 4, REACH Conference Bratislava 2013 is organized for the seventh time combining lecturers and participants from different sectors of industry, authorities, experts and other stakeholders. Now we are in the year of REACH registration 2013 deadline. Subsequent duties for downstream users in the supply chain are under implementation. Exposure scenarios and e-sdss are of challenge for all of involved. Difficulties as well as good practices will be discussed. Also authorisation process is on the place the Candidate list now contains a total of 138 chemicals and the first application for Annex XIV chemicals were sent to ECHA. Further restrictions are applied by revision of Annex XVII. Potential need for REACH Regulation revision was intensively discussed... We especially focus on REACH and CLP implementation in Small and Medium Enterprices (SMEs). To allow SMEs to have direct possibility to understand and communicate during the REACH Conference, simultaneous translation will be provided from English to Slovak, Polish and Hungarian languages. 8 Instructions for participants Deadline for registration to the Conference is November 15, Payments must be received prior to the event. To confirm your participation please send us your payment notice. REGISTRATION DEADLINE November 15, 2013 FEE The registration fee covers attendance at the conference for one person, full documentation, lunch and refreshments. After your registration you will receive a confirmation letter and the invoice. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations VENUE received at least 14 days prior to the event will be free of charge. If cancellations are received later or in case of non-attendance, the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, registration fee remains payable in its entirety. Cancellations must be in Mierova 19, Bratislava written form. Substitutions are acceptable at any time.
