22 Lessons learned all about people!!! strong selections focused on people over technology debate: can engineers be taught business skills vs adding business people to team right synergy a must: can the accelerator really help the startup? no bullshit nor mediastars-only allowed: a bullshit compass per startup: do they comply with what they said, and do the conferences they shine on actually contribute to their business? focus on product,-users-growth, not investment prepare VCs post acceleration program: acceleration doesn t stop when the program ends
