The transferability is piloted between Helsinki Region and South Sweden into incubator and science park. TRANSFER DELIVERY MECHANISM Transfer has been piloted in HIGHEST network through workshops, visits and implementation support The process is well documented but needs local testing and adaptation into regional environment.
