3 Purpose of this document This document describes the Provider dashboard and its purpose. The intended audience for this document is the Providers and the Users. 4 1. Overview: This document help provider in understanding Nuvelink Provider Dashboard and its advantages. Following are the supported feature in Nuvelink a. Nuvelink Dashboard. b. Settings c. Steps to go to Provider dashboard: Login to OA Services Applications APS Packages Select Nuvelink Pricing Management for Cloud Package Go to Instances tab Select Nuvelink Pricing Management for Cloud Here you can see 10 Tabs (Nuvelink Dashboard, Settings, Catalogs, Cloud Platforms, Default Billing Policies, Resellers, Customers, Tickets, Customize Template and General) Nuvelink Dashboard: Provider should be able to see Nuvelink Dashboard, Settings, Catalog, Cloud Platforms, Default Billing Policies, Resellers, Customers, Tickets, Customize and General tabs. In general, Nuvelink dashboard will have Accounts details for Reseller and Customer, Pending orders, Download Base Pricelist (Amazon Web Services and Microsoft CSP), Nuvelink server URL, Quota, Cost vs Revenue of Cloud provider, Download Reports, Provider guide. Settings tab has Nuvelink server URL, Application and Tenant credentials and PBA API url. Catalogs tab will list down all catalogs that are imported in Nuvelink server. Resellers tab will have Reseller list along with individual reseller configuration option. Customers tab will have Customer list along with individual customer configuration option. Default Billing Policies is for Default pricelist upload/download, Margin and Quota set. Customize for Amazon and Azure cloud platform, Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

6 General tab has endpoint detail, upgrade Instance to new APS package version or uninstall the package. 3. Nuvelink Dashboard tab: This tab has four groups. Accounts, Orders, Managed Platforms and More Options. Accounts option has Customer/Reseller count which will shows Active, Inactive and Deleted. Orders will show the pending order count of Customer. Managed platform will show provider s business trend along with Threshold and Quota. It also has Download Reports and Set My Quota. Set My Quota: Here provider can set Quota (limited to amount) along with duration for the bulk cloud service purchase. A threshold value in percentage can be set to trigger an action such as notification upon reaching threshold limit. Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

7 Download Reports: This feature allow provider to download Cost vs Revenue and Usage breakup report of direct customer (Reseller and Customer) of provider. Usage Breakup: This will download Odin customer (subscription) based usage report in a spreadsheet. Cost vs Revenue: This option will allow provider to choose between the dates and download the csv file which will has list of direct Customer and Reseller with total cost, total revenue, Quota, consumption and profit& loss. 4. Settings tab: Provider should be able to Add and view Nuvelink Server details along with Application and Tenant credentials. Also provider need to set PBA API access point with credential. Note: Provider need to create Application and Tenant in Nuvelink server which will be mailed back to Provider through notification. For PBA details, API please contact Odin administrator. 8 5. Catalog tab: This page will list down the catalogs that are imported in Nuvelink server. The catalog ID can be taken from this page to configure custom data type and attach to service template as service parameters by Odin Administrator. Provider can view catalog details through view details after selecting a catalog. There are two types of category. a. Account provisioning: This is a Full Portal Access catalog. b. Resource provisioning: This is a Resource provision (VM, storage, VDI, etc..) Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

9 6. Cloud Platforms tab: In this page provider will register Cloud platform account details (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and Microsoft Azure). a. Amazon Web Services Access Credentials of AWS master account is required to provision user account in AWS cloud along with billing address for AWS API. Id pools is required to create linked account and associate user to it. This also helped provider in creation/deletion of AWS roles. Provider can set notification threshold to maintain Id pools. 10 b. Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Access credential along with billing details are required to be configured by provider to provision user account in Microsoft CSP portal. c. Microsoft Azure Subscriptions: Azure Subscription pool is required for assigning a subscription to user automatically. Azure Subscription need manual creation by provider in Azure portal and import through publish settings file from Azure account (EA). Active Directories: Azure Active Directory is pool is required to assign an active directory to user for provision. Azure Active Directory need manual creation by provider and add into the pool. Enterprise Agreement Credentials: This is a master EA credentials to be provided by provider. Please keep this credential confidentially. Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

11 7. Default Billing Policies tab: This page has Upload and Download of Default pricelist functionality for customers and resellers. Provider can set base Quota and base Margin for all direct customers and resellers in each cloud platform. Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

12 Download default pricelist: Click on down arrow Icon. The current active default pricelist will be downloaded. Upload default pricelist: Click on up arrow Icon under Upload or Download Pricelist. Choose a pricelist file in csv format and upload. Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

13 Set Margin: Margin can be set to all Reseller and direct customer of provider. Click on Margin field and update the value with decimal. Note: Margin can be set once pricelist is uploaded. Negative margins are currently not supported. Set Quota: From Default billing Policies tab, go to Quota section and click on set quota button. Using this option provider can set quota for reseller and customer so that provider can take business action in future. Set Threshold: Provider will set threshold value to track reseller and customer cloud resource usage so that additional cloud resource purchase intimation can be sent to reseller or customer. Example: Triggers an notification when the thresholds reach 36% of amount Resellers tab: This page lists all the available reseller accounts in Nuvelink server. Provider can set custom billing policies like Quota, Upload Pricelist and Download Pricelist for a reseller. Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

14 Select a Reseller from the list and click on Set Custom Billing Policy action hyperlink. This will load reseller information like ID, Reseller Name, and Cloud platform details. Set Margin: Margin can be set to this Reseller only if custom pricelist is applied. Click on Margin field and update the value with decimal. Press Update button to apply margin. Note: Positive Margin can be set once pricelist is uploaded. Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

15 Upload Pricelist: Click on Upload button to upload a pricelist. Choose the file to be uploaded and click Upload. Download Pricelist: Click on Download Pricelist icon to download the pricelist uploaded for the Reseller. Download button enables only when pricelist is available for the reseller. 16 Set Quota: Set quota for a reseller and to a specific cloud platform. Click on Set Quota button. Set the quota as shown below in the screenshot. Set Threshold: Provider will set threshold value to track reseller cloud resource usage so that additional cloud resource purchase intimation can be sent to reseller. Example: Trigger an notification when the thresholds reach 48% of amount 100. Nuvepro Technologies Private Limited

17 9. Customers tab: This page list down all direct customers of provider. Provider can set custom billing policies like Quota, Upload Pricelist and Download Pricelist for individual customer. Active and Deactivate customer. Also shows how many Odin subscriptions are subscribe by each customer. Select a Customer from the list and click on Set Custom Billing Policy under action column. This will load customer information like ID, Customer Name, and . Upload Pricelist: Click on choose file button to select a csv file and press upload button for pricelist upload. Download Pricelist: Click on Download Pricelist icon to download the pricelist uploaded for the customer. Download button enables only if pricelist is available for the specific customer. 18 Set Margin: Margin can be set to this customer only if Custom pricelist is uploaded. Click on Margin field and update the value with decimal. Press Update button to apply margin. Note: Positive Margin can be set once pricelist is uploaded. Set Quota: Set quota for a customer for a specific cloud platform. Click on Set Quota. 19 Alerts and Notification can be set with single or multiple s with comma separated for notification. Set Threshold: Provider will set threshold value to track customer cloud resource usage so that additional cloud resource purchase intimation can be sent to customer. 1. Example: Trigger an notification when the thresholds reach 80% of amount $ Tickets tab: This page will load Pending tickets type by default which need Provider intervention for ticket processing. 20 11. Customize tab: Provider can customize the templates available for various types of notification. Select template and the Language from the dropdown and click on Save button. This will be the notification default template set for the customers. 12. General tab: This page will provide options to upgrade the package, uninstall the package and package endpoint details.
